Background under logo and menu

Hi !

is there a solution to put the background under the menu and logo ? like that : http://www.leparisien.fr

My website : http://www.golfnews.fr

Actually i uses this custom css :

.td-boxed-layout #td-outer-wrap{
top: 136px;
}
#outer-wrap {
max-width: 1172px;
margin: 0 auto;
}
#outer-wrap { top: 136px; }
#inner-wrap {
border:1px solid black
}

Hello,
The website you suggested gets it’s color from an ad. That is not a background-color at all. You can use a different header style if you wish and place an ad below the menu like the one from http://www.leparisien.fr
