big grid style

Hello, I just installed the newspaper theme on my staging site.

The featured images in the Big grid slide on the homepage does not look right.
Some of the images in my blocks also look dis-proportioned. Leaving a blank white space.

How can I contact the developer directly?

I believe the link you sent was talking about thumbnails within blocks
