Hey guys!
I just updated one of my sites to Newspaper 8 but I’m running into a few issues. I’d like to open a discussion about them here in case anyone else can use some help with similar problems.
When I try to use the new TD Composer, all I’m seeing is a blank page, and I’m unable to drag & drop any elements (as shown in picture below).

I’ve deactivated all plugins, combinations of plugins, flushed cache from site & browser, tried two separate browsers (chrome & firefox) but the issue persists. Any ideas are much appreciated!
Also, is it possible to increase the width of the site?

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if needed

Then check if everything works as intended.
You can make some page building elements to be full width, by stretching the row they are placed in. For example the Full big grids

Also you can make the header and footer full width in the theme panel. But to change the theme width overall is not recommended. The theme elements depend on the fixed theme container width and making modifications to it could cause broken layouts and other unexpected results.

Simon, thanks for the reply. I have no idea how to check those parameters. I’m kind of disappointed that the theme doesn’t work out of the box because I’m not very experienced.
I had someone make all of the necessary changes to the parameters but the TagDiv builder still shows as a blank page as portrayed in the picture I included.
I’m getting the same problem. Completely blank page when using TD Composer. No other plugins loaded, clean out of the box installation using the default template.

If the theme system status is according to the guide, please try and install the theme again using this method, maybe the theme did not install properly

Then activate only the tagDiv composer plugin, create a new page and edit it with the composer. If the issue is still present, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
