I recently update the theme from 3.2 to 4 version and after the update i only see a blank page. If i switched to other theme i can see a normal widget page. I have tried to disable all plugin except the page builder, clear cache and cdn.
And i also try to revert back to 3.2 and still no result.
Please help!

Please notice that for each theme update, you should make a full backup to avoid losing data. Do you have it? After this, you should make a full theme install via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Our latest theme was fully tested and should work as expected, without any problem. Thank you i was able to pin point the problem from the guide you share. The problem was in my hosting provider which does not apply mb string in php.
