I Just got the new update of NewsPaper 7 theme for wordpress.
So I am here trying to install it by FTP into my website http://www.razacero.com.
Something is happening:
-there is a blank screen at the site http://www.razacero.com once I activate the theme in the dashboard.
-I dont see the customisation pane in my wordpress dashboard
what is happening?, I friend of mine recently dowloaded it and he haven’t any problems with that.
I also noticed that the functions.php file disappears

Please make sure wordpress works first before installing the theme. Remove the theme and make sure your wordpress install is Ok and running. Then follow this guide to install your theme properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also disable all plugins except visual composer as sometimes plugins can also cause conflicts.

Sí es el dominio, debe de tener algún bloqueo, he subido el tema a otro dominio en otro servidor y sí pude instalarlo.

Yes I agree, we all are banned, but I have my purchase code so I don’t know why… can you guys check for the banning list and remove us?

We have reports of this happening because of some server settings and virus scans that detect the file as a potential threat. Please contact your host and let him know about this and make him unblock the file from the server side. There is no threat in the file but maybe there is a piece of code detected as a false positive.

Also help us by providing the name of your hosting provider so we can narrow this down to the source of the problem as we do have multiple reports of the same issue and our file was scanned and nothing was found. It seems one hosting provide or multiple ones have a specific firewall that detects the functions.php file as a threat.
