Our theme does not have any such sections, but you can replicate that design using an image box element by adding blank images with a short description on top. But you will not be able to replicate that exact layout.

You can remove the space between the menu and the slider by using this code, just enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css

The text logo inherits the body font, but you can change it using this code, just enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css

Taking in account that it is a blog, it displays your latest posts on the front page, I can not think of a way to separate the content. It seems there is a text that is displaying on the top of your page. I suggest you look in the header.php file in the theme folder between the head tags, and see if this text is present there. If it is not, try to think what changes you may have made or maybe what plugins have you installed before this occurred. Also take a look at any code entered in the custom code sections from the theme panel, or added to the theme files directly.
