block social counter is not updated

Hello,

the social counter block on the home page does not update for all social networks. It works fine for YouTube, X, TicToc… But not for Facebook and Instagram. What should I do?

Did you connect the Facebook and Instagram in the Theme Panel -> Social/APIS -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ ?

I have same issue, my FB counter not auto increment, stays at fixed follower count.
