Block title not editable

I purchase the Newspaper theme and installed it also activated it
I used your default content to make the work easier.

However, the reverse has been the case, as the block title cannot be edited and there no
place in the entire cms where it be edited

Some of these blocks include(“DONT MISS”,”LIVESTYLE NEWS”,”HOUSE DESIGN”,”TECH AND GADGETS”,”PERFORMANCE TRAINING”,”WRC RACING”).

I would appreciate if you can show me where to edit this blocks.
