Blocks not updating in homepage and mega menus

Hello, sor some reason, the blocks are not updating in the homepage, the blocks are set to show the lastest post, but they seem to be stuck, also, the mega menus ajax is apparently malfunctioning as well
I have deactivated all plugins and theme but that didnt fix it

Any help is appreciated.

I think the problem is i am not able to change homepage, it remains the same homepage
