Hello,
I want to create blog posts similar to
this https://www.instyle.com/beauty/10-best-spf-infused-foundations?slide=392755#392755

or this https://www.skinstore.com/blog/skincare/calorie-free-treats-easter/

Does the TagDiv Cloud Library have blog templates similar to this? I can not find one!

Hello !

We do not have any designs that are like that but you can go through our cloud library, add a blank single post template and add the elements you want in it. You should get very close to that design. Find out more about it here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/

I hope this was helpfull !

Thank you !

Hi Vlad,
I was able to find one close enough. Thank you.

Now I’m trying to fix a detail on this template: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/huawei-p20-review/
Is there a way I can reduce the font size of the review in this section? It takes up a large space in this instance: http://i68.tinypic.com/dr5wma.png

Also, instead of putting the username’s title above the review, can I put add it as a H3 or H4 heading above the “5” rating box?

Hello !

This will require a custom CSS in order to arrange the looks of your page. Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect and provide a helpfull solution !

For your second request you can add a text with title element from the tagDiv Composer but for that you will need to apply a single post template as you can see here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/

Thank you !

Hello Vlad,
I figured how to reduce the review text size. But I still need help putting the title of the review here, see screenshot: http://i66.tinypic.com/ofqe5g.png

Also, how can I change the color of this blue box to teal? #2b677c

Also, can I make this section change to a 5 point system instead of 10?

Hello !

It appears that your review is located in a single post template from the cloud library. You should be able to edit the review area using the tagDiv Composer in order to change the backgroud. Unforutnately the title cannot be moved.

Also i’m not sure what do you mean with the 5 point system. Please take a look at our documentation regarding the review options: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/

I hope this was helpfull !

Thank you !

Hi Vlad,
Thank you I was able to change the background color. Figured it out (finally)! haha.

Thanks for the article. This article explains the “points review”: https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
Right now on my review template, its a 10 point system. For the stars, its a rating in increments of 0.5. I need to get the point system or stars to be smaller increments so I can get a more accurate overall rating.

Here are two products we wrote a couple of blogs for. Please scroll down and see our rating system:

https://www.tryandreview.com/beauty-health/shower-bath/product/dove-sulphate-free-shower-foam-deep-moisture#details

What do you propose the solution is for this Vlad?
Thanks in advance.

Hello !

Unfortunately the increments cannot be customized to get 0.1 instead of 0.5 for example.

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Thank you !

Is there any other solution? Ie: a plugin? CSS code?..

Open to your advice.

Post count: 18283

Hello !

Unfortunately we have not tested any plugins in this matter so we cannot say wich one would work for this. You will have to try and see wich one fits your need and also make sure not to get into a plugin conflict and also keep in mind that due to our support policy we cannot offer support for untested plugins: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Thank you !

Vlad,
Is there any way I can type in the rating myself instead of having it autogenerate?

Post count: 18283

Hello !

You can set the score from the post settings and that will remain the one you set in the back-end: https://www.screencast.com/t/rHY23ZyxF ; https://www.screencast.com/t/mCDmCIx0X

Thank you !

Sorry Vlad, I’m referring to the issue previous to this message about the *ratings, not percentages. Again, trying to see if there is ANY way we can adjust the rating to get it to be accurate.

Post count: 18283

Hello !

The closest to accurate you can get is from 0.5 to 0.5 as you can see. There are no options to have the counter go from 0.1 so you could have the rating 3.8 for example.

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Thank you !

Sorry to annoy you, just exhausting all the options. Can we remove the rating and just input a text box? That way we can insert the rating ourselves?

Post count: 18283

Hello !

If you are using a Single Post Template than you can look for an element that it will suit your needs but we do not have an Rating element. So you will have to figure out a way to post your ratings using other kind of elements like text with title, column text, etc… In my opinion the easiest way would be to just change the rating system if you want to have accuracy. You can try percentage.

Thank you !

Okay I will try to readjust a single post template using elements.

We can’t use percentages because it needs to follow the same rating system as our website.
