I bought Newspaper theme version 7 a while ago. It was working fine until recently. My logo vanished from the main page. I tried to upload a new one but cannot save my logo or any changes that I made to the theme. Today, I bought version 11 of Newspaper and installed it. I still have the same issue. It would not let me save the logo. So, I restored my backup to version 7 again until I know how to fix this issue in the new version or old one.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
This is usually because lack of resources met.
