Unfortunately the theme does not have such a functionality for the post featured image. There is no option to open a custom link when clicking the featured image. I really could’t say how you could create links dynamically for each individual post.
Something like that could be possible if you were to use a post template that does not display the featured image in the post page, that way you could enter the image in the post content with a link. Like post templates 5 or 12

The difficult part would be to create this functionality for the featured image, if even possible. For example how would you set the link dynamically for each post image, I believe this would be highly difficult.
