Cache is automatically deleted after creating or updating a post

I’m using the WP Super Cache plugin and I want it so that when I create or update a post, the old cache doesn’t get deleted automatically. I’ve unchecked “Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated” in the WP Super Cache settings, which should have accomplished my goal.

But in reality, every time I make or update a post, the old cache is automatically deleted. Then, I tried using another theme with the same WP Super Cache settings, it actually worked as desired where the old cache was not deleted automatically when I created or updated a post.

So, I think the problem is with the Newspaper theme, why is that?

Hello!

We recommend this setting to be enabled: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it (not the wp super cache plugin), clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!
