How to prevent caching on section recent post? I’m use cloudflare cache

Hi,
Please set the cloudflare as in our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Normally the cache should be cleared any time when a post is publish or updated.
How to clear cache efficiently when publishing a post?Thank you!
