What is “must see”? Is it a block title maybe? There is no must see in your screenshot maybe you meant “don’t miss”

Right now the menu in the don’t miss block displays all categories. How can I limit the menu to display only a subset of categories that I want to put on the block ? The tutorial said nothing about this. Please help

Actually it does say. The “menu” you are referring to is called an ajax filter. Please read the ajax filter section. I know the guide is big and bulky and hard to follow but there are lots of settings that needed to be covered.
