I accidentally deleted my menu categories. Is there any way that I can undo this, or can if not; can I salvage it by putting the menu categories back in the main header?

Hi,
Unless you deleted the actual categories in the categories page, you can simply re-add them to the menu you want

Or create a new menu and insert the categories in it.
