Hi,
No, I mean if I can change the background color of a page, or put a custom image. But on one page.

That can be achieved using a Single post template from the Cloud Library (follow the tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ )
After you have imported the template edit the template and add a background to it: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZZMKqnlPK5
