I paid for Newsmag with support and I would like to activate it. The Envato Purchase Code is the license certificate file, correct? I put that in and I consistently get this response:
“Envato API is down, please try again later or use the manual registration.”
I consistently received this message so I don’t believe that the API is down. Any ideas?

That is usually a temporary issue with the Envato servers, you could wait for a while and try again. Or use the manual activation

Thank you. When I attempt to register manually, I need not only the purchase code but the TagDiv activation key. I don’t see that in the license file – I only see the Licensee, Title, URL, ID, Purchase Code and Purchase Date.
Can you help me to find the activation key?
