Hello,
From what I understand is that you want to change the image from the ad box, but that doesn’t change, right?
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, please provide some screenshots with your steps done and a link to your website, if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello Anamaria,
Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, your suggestion didn’t help. We use very small number of plugins, yet we’ve deactivated all except tagDiv ones and that didn’t help, we even went further, we’ve deactivated all tagDiv plugins except Composer and Cloud and yet the same behavior. We’ve noticed the error that appeared in console when trying to add an image to Single Image Element (it is same with ad box element for Custom ad):
https://prnt.sc/11zrivk
This is the list of the plugins:
https://prnt.sc/11zrivk
We’ve update the theme to the latest version prior doing these tries.

We hope for quick resolving for this issue,
Thanks,
I think there is a larger issue going on with Tag Div Composer, there have been multiple posts in the past few weeks / months about it not saving ANY changes or being very inconsistent on what it saves.
I am currently have saving issues with 10.4 Newspaper with TagDiv Composer 2.8
Update, I still receive this error on some pages “Errors at columns: 3(models) : 9(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
I know if I remove the problem section “Big Grid Flex in any version” it will fix itself until I re-apply it.
Hello,
@PRIKAZNA,
From the screenshot, I saw that you have an admin-ajax error => https://prnt.sc/11zrivk, so the issue is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
@cakvalasc and @ivkoit79
please create other topics where you can tell us exactly what problems you are facing, send us screenshots and the link to your site.
This issue related to error zones has already been discussed here => https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-elements-5/
Thank you!
Anamaria, thank you for your suggestion. We will try though is unlikely as all other admin-ajax.php requests work just fine except this one when trying to add an image to both single element and ad box. As you can see from the printscreens provided, the plugins are quite a bit and no wordfence plugin is installed. We will contact the hosting provider but not sure is that the issue as I’ve told you, admin-ajax.php requests are fine except this particular one when adding an image
Thanks
Hello,
Unfortunately, you sent me the same screenshot, with the problem with admin-ajax.php => https://www.screencast.com/t/6wXIHwHQJl2
This page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Also, if you use Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Sorry, we’ve copied the same link by mistake. This is the screenshot of the plugins:
https://prnt.sc/125841p
As you can see from the screenshot provided, no much of plugins we are using, no Cloudflare, no caching plugins. Plus as we’ve mentioned, we’ve deactivated all plugins except tagDiv ones and yet the problem occurs. We can provide you dashboard access (of course in private message) so you can take a look and introspect in more details.
Thanks!
Hello,
Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, and see if the problem persists, because there is a possibility, quite small indeed, to be a plugin conflict, and if the problem persists, after all, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
