Cannot Complete Activation – Newspaper8

I have 2 websites running Newspaper and have purchased it 2 times on ThemeForest. On one of those isleofpalmsmagazine.com I’ve just upgraded to Newspaper8 and sullivansislandmagazine.com I am still running Newspaper6.

When I tried to Activate Newspaper8 using the Envato Market purchase code I was prompted for username, email address and password twice. I entered them and get the message that the Username is in use and the email address is in use.

Am I supposed to create a forum user for each and every time I purchase Newspaper or do I simply re-use the first Envato Market purchase code over and over again?

Hi,

You can use the same purchase key to activate the theme again. If you already have a forum account, it will not require the user information

Try the normal activation process, or the manual activation method
