As you can see feature images for YouTube videos work great
But if you scroll down to the Facebook video heading the images do not appear although they do appear in the feature of the individual posts. I even tried a CNN video for good measure using the following recommended format

Make sure that you set the featured image as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Please make sure that you do not have plugins that interfere with theme plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I am having the same issue with Facebook videos showing an image when in a post grid. It works fine in the post but I am getting a blank box on my video page.

As I can see the featured video is not set, you set only the video in post content.

Now I see where is the problem, you are using as video source Facebook, if is not YouTube link, then the thumb is not generate automatic and you need to set manually the thumb for featured image -> https://i.imgur.com/sNKmBhZ.png
