I have tried to install the theme. It uploads 100% to the site, but then I keep getting the message:
“The link you followed has expired.
Please try again.”
I have tried on different browsers and different computers. I have increased the max upload size of the site. And last night I installed a different theme with no problems.
What am I doing wrong?

Please check the requirements guide carefully and if needed increase the parameters mentioned in it, or ask your hosting provider to do it for you if possible.
That message you are receiving could be caused by a low max upload size value, like in this similar topic

I am currently experiencing the same exact issue. I use Siteground for hosting and they have updated all of my parameters but the results are the same. They suggested that I contact you all for more assistance. Is there any other possible solution for this?

Try to install it via FTP.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2
