It seems I cannot offset category pages and I am forced to only be allowed to use one category of posts in the top half for all category’s so they flow on down. But I cannot do this.

I can only set so it will apply to “All Category’s” And I cannot offset separate categories
So in my https://www.techpressmedia.com/techbusinessnews/category/technology-news/ you can only see /category/technology-news/ posts at the top and down the left
But anything I set in the top. It will apply it to all categories. I don’t want this. I just want to offset the top half and posts down the left which are the native category posts
