Cannot reactive Theme on my domain

when i try to active my theme, it inform “Theme successfully activated”, but status still UNREGISTERED

One more question
i can re active my theme, but in “Prebuilt Websites” tab.
it display “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”
so i cannot install demo
help me to fix it
