Can't reactivate Theme

Hi,

Today we started to experience problems with the theme. The website looks misconfigured and with broken images. We notice that suddenly the theme appears as UNREGISTERED. When we try to reactivate it, it shows a confirmation message, but it doesn’t really work.

The website has been running since 2006 with the same domain and the same license key. But a few months ago we had to rebuild the website.

Hello,

Check if there is an object cache applied on the backend. Here is a guide that will help you with this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ after the object cache file is removed the theme will remain activated. If the issue is till there, then we need your cpanel url and credentials too.
