Cannot save the template settings

I am on /wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel and click “Save Settings” but the page is not saving.
The loading is never ending.

Hello,

Please let me know what prebuilt website you have installed and the version of the theme.
Also, please let me know what settings are not saved.

Hi Anamaria,

Thank you for your feedback. I am not using cloud flare or Word Fence.
I cannot save the main page of settings, I am not making any changes, I just click Save Settings button.

Also, I de activate the whole plugins except tagdiv plugins and the issue was remaining.
The only plugin which is not updated is the Woody code snippets (PHP snippets | Insert PHP).
