I used to be able to update easily using this plugin. Now the button just says customize which does not update. Do I have to update manually this time?

The plugin never worked right for me; I’d learn to do the FTP method as you can also make safety backup copies of your site at same time.

Please update your theme via FTP way because this is our recommended way in this case and this is the surest method for updating the theme. please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
