while trying to install revslider plugin as per your documentation it shows an error message “The link you followed has expired.Please try again.”
note : wordpress and theme are latest version

Hello,
The message you get is quite familiar with WordPress. In most cases, it can be easily fixed.
For example – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/
The max upload size was limited; increasing it solved the problem. Usually, this is the leading cause.
Check this guide carefully and make modifications if needed

If everything is set correctly there should be no problem. Contact your hosting provider and ask them to make changes as the guide suggests.
