Can't activate the theme

Hi,

I need your help.

I tried to activate the theme several times.

The app says its working … but it is not.

I got the red mark “theme non registered”.

Could you help me please ?

Hi,

I think an object cache causes the problem -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/. Please check the guide and delete the file and try after to activate the theme.

Hi Anamaria,

I tried my best to find a way to correct the problem but still doesn’t work.

I always get “Theme successfully activated. Thanks for buying our product.” then it still doesn’t work.

Could you check my staging site ? staging.rddcom.org

Did you check if you don’t have the object file in wp-content? I want to take a look. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access and license certificate?

Hi Anamaria,

Found the origin of the object file.

I uninstalled before all the cache plugins.

But, EasyWP plugin was installed by default.

I delete all files related to EasyWP and .. it worked.
