Can't configure the max_execution_time and max_input_vars in .htaccess

I am installing Newspaper theme on my WordPress. The system status panel suggests me to make adjustment in configuration.

system configuration
however, when I followed the guide to configure my .htaccess file in bluehost. 


php_value max_input_vars = 2000
php_value max_execution_time = 60

The system showed 500 internal server error.
Anyone can specify how I add the parameters to the file?

The other problem showed when I choose default pro prebuild website without content to my website http://techbyeast.com/, the top columns collapsed as attached image.

However, it showed normal when it is in tagDiv Composer mode

Hello!

Please try to reinstall TagDiv Composer, clear your cache(even from your browser) and it should work.
Also, make sure your WordPress and TagDiv plugins are up to date.

reinstallment works. The theme format resumes.
