After a year away from using Newsmag’s vc content editor I’m trying my hand at creating a new page. When I try inserting a new Element by clicking on any of them, nothing happens. The window where I can configure the element doesn’t come up. What I’m doing wrong? Please help, thank you!

Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version of the theme without any untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. So, if you are using our latest theme version, we have introduced our page builder which is TD Composer and that is not recommended to be used in parallel with Visual Composer because might appear some issues.
