Can´t customize my theme

Hi, I need your help

I can´t understand what is happening. When I try to customize my theme, I am redirected to this page

What is this? a Malware?..

Hello albertoil,

I have tried to customize my website using the customize.php functionality from WordPress and everything seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TkKkXqsv Did you have right installed the theme via FTP way? Ensure that you have done it according to our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

The Customize option used to work, I have used it many times…but now I am redirected to this strange page.
I have updated to version 9 and reinstalled last wordpress version, but nothing changed…same issue

any idea?
