I added a shortcode to an element which is displaying as it should when I preview the page in a live environment.
Now when I open the tagdiv composer I receive this error and am now unable to edit anything:

“Errors at elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

What should I do to fix this please? The Undo operation doesn’t do anything.
Thanks.

Hello !

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

Let us know the results.

Thank you !

Hi, it was a shortcode I had placed into a text element. I removed it on the Page > Edit html and everything went back to normal.

Thanks.
