Can’t edit product template

Hi – I am using the Shop Apocryph product template and am unable to edit it with TagDiv. Is there a reason for this? I can edit/remove items and make changes with the tagdiv composer, but the changes aren’t saved when I click the “save” button.

Hi,

Please check the console when you hit the save button and see if there is an error. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause and check the suggestion from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-panel-settings-are-not-being-saved/ -> https://community.godaddy.com/s/question/0D58W00007ggvUDSAY/403-forbidden-error-not-sure-why

Hi – sorry I don’t understand. It’s not the theme panel that’s having an issue, it’s the tagdiv composer panel and I’m trying to edit the product page template.

I’ve done that, but I don’t understand how to read anything in the console. I have noticed that the save button is only saving the header and footer, not the content. It’s working on other pages, just not the product template page.
