I have been trying to enter text into my site and no matter where I try to do it the content editor will not load. See image https://imgur.com/a/sjtPSEm
This is clearly a known issue as I have gone through the forums and found it many times. I have also done all of the recommendations to “solve” this known problem and nothing actually works. I am utterly disappointed with this theme. To not be able to write text on a wordpress site is a complete joke!!!
Additionally, this is the second time I have had to reach out for support in a 24 hour period and this has literally been my first 24 hours with this theme. This theme is non-functioning. I would honestly like a refund because its not usable in the least.

Nope problem wasn’t solved, they gave a BS fix that doesn’t do anything. I returned the theme and purchased ZEEN, much better experience so far.
Dude, I am fed up too, did you get a refund? I am gonna return it too. I can’t trust them with login IDs, and they are not providing a proper solution.
I did get a refund through Themeforest. The refund was approved within hours or placing the request too.
