Can't Install Demo. Page Goes Blank

Hi, I just got this beautiful theme today and i love it. But i have been trying to install one of the demos but everything just goes black after i click install.. I cant get it to install.. What is the problem here?

Hello,

Please increase your memory allocation by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/system+status/
Also please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
