Can't install plugin

I’ve installed the theme but am told I have to install the tagDiv Composer plug in.

When I do this I get a looping issue saying: Download failed. cURL error 7: couldn’t connect to host

I’m told by my hosting support that the only way around this is to install via ftp but I don’t know where to download the plugin.

Can someone help?

All the theme plugins are provided into the theme pacakge that you download from themeforest. You can find them in /plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ – https://www.screencast.com/t/w8gvPSYO8 If you still have issues please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access. Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify you.

Please change the one star rating and provide a better one. The issue you have, may be related to your server/wp configuration – http://www.akashif.co.uk/php/curl-error-7-failed-to-connect-to-permission-denied It is not a theme or plugin issue.
