Can't Install the theme

Hii, I can’t install themes, every time I install the theme there is always an error like the following:

1. on localhost
Warning: POST Content-Length of 73096093 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0

2. on myhosting (cpanel)
The link you followed has expired.
