Hi all,
24hrs after updating from newspaper 7… to Newspaper 8.., I can’t login to my admin panel, I keep getting this message :
ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.
I have searched and tried suggestions from different forums without success.
Any help here is much appreciated.

I would suggest that you disable all plugins by FTP
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Then try to login again if possible, clear the browser cache or try with a different cache as well.
If there is still a problem reinstall the theme by FTP, then check again
