Hi
I’m having problems registering my theme.
When I try I just get a page that say’s “SORRY YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS THIS PAGE”
What I’m I doing wrong?
I already have other newspaper theme registered, so this is a second registration.

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I have all the requirements in order. I have the same theme on another domain from the same host, and there were no problems registering it here.
I also tried to deactivate the plug-ins, but no luck registering here either.
I just end up on the “not allowed” page.
Any other suggestions?

Hi!
Purchased the theme yesterday. Tried to register the theme quite a few times but the same problem as mentioned above, saying “Sorry,you are not allowed to access this page” persists .
I also tried almost all of the above solutions but nothing worked.

You can manually activate the Newspaper theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq
If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
