Cant save the translation

I tried to do both manual and load available translation, the fields for translations are filled with the correct words but when I try to save the translation it shows the rotating circles and it stays there forever. The website is on shared hosting.

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hello!

I checked everything in the rquirement and everything seems ok. Disabled all plugins left active onyl tagdiv plugins and still cant save the translation. Maybe I am missing something.
