I recently updated to 9.1 and i deleted the old one. Nothing in my theme settings is saving. Please help!

Hi,
First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Try to deactivate all plugins that re non theme and clear all cache and try again.
