Can't save translation changes

Hello!

I have just tried to make a changes in Translation page in Theme panel, but it can’t save any changes.
All other savings (except Translations) work properly, i.e. saving changes in Template settings, Categories…

Hope, you can help me.

Hi,

Please try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer plugin active, also empty cache and see if you still have this issue.
I have checked this with the latest theme version(1.6) and didn’t found any issues. If you don’t use the latest version please update your theme using this guide(use FTP method): https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ and also update plugins that comes with the theme’s files from the /plugins folder.

Hi Alin,

I have:
– updated theme to 1.7.
– updated all plugins coming with download package (including td social counter plugin)
– disabled all plugins, and all except JS Composer,

but, the issue persist.

Hi,

Please make sure that you empty cache if you use a cache plugin and also browser’s cache and see if you still have this issue. Let me know!

Hi Alin,

Thank you for reply!
Caching plugin is deactivated and browser cache is cleared, but the issue persist.
This happened only with Translation. Sometimes with other settings, but when I repeat with click Save settings, it accept. With Translation never save changes.
