Can't use single post template 21

Hello, team tagDiv.
I am unable to use the single post template from cloud library. Please help me solve this issue. There’s no create template button.

First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Please make sure that this is not a plugin conflict, deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and check to see if this is still happen.

If there is still a problem please provide some more details and some more screenshots.
