Category Image Not Saving

I am going into Theme Panel, Categories and uploading an image, save settings. When I refresh the image is not longer there. I have other categories with images on the site no problem but for some reason this one does not want to save. Shut down, reboot, same issue.

Any reason why I can save the image?

Category Page with image not saving is – https://www.suitesandlobbies.com/travel-guides/

You can see the title bleeding through the post images of “Travel Guides” but not header image.

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
