please help me to solve the following issue:
When I refresh Newspaper theme to v9.5 I realized these problems:
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 50
Notice: Undefined variable: tdc_header_template_id in /public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 187
This issue appeared only on these pages: https://tess.hu/category/ and https://tess.hu/category/tesstippek/
How can I solve it?

Please make sure that there is not a plugin conflict, and all theme requirements are set like in our documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

The error still exists though – turning off debug just hides it, this is an issue in the theme. Reported several times on different threads, no plugin conflict – can confirm this.

That is just a notice is not even a warning, that’s way we recommend to set the debugger to false.
