When I click on a category it goes to the category page but only shows the posts from the one category page i edited with tagdiv

Hello,
For the category template, if you have set a posts loop then will display all posts in this category or you can use Flex Block 1 and set the filter to “Category -Current category” => https://i.imgur.com/7P99qx0.png

Thank you! That fixed it! I am also trying to change the theme background to an image and every time i hit save the image disappears from the customization menu and doesnt save…
