Hello,
We have a membership website on which users can see full post only if they are members.
On the category page, if the user is not logged in, the first post it’s shown different then the other posts, and it should look like the rest of the posts. This is happening regardless of the cloud template used.
Plugins used: WooCommerce, WooCommerce Memberships, WooCommerce Subscriptions.

Please check if you have set other excerpts for that post.
The excerpt is getting the content from the beginning of posts, but this is only if there is no text set in the excerpt zone -> https://i.imgur.com/BLvoT6p.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/
