It can be problem on other categories to – I have tried to update permalink with no
better result. (Not change permalink – just update)
It could happend both on head category and sub category – but when I click on
reload – the site shows up again???

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non-theme/tested plugins, also if you are using a child theme, clear all cache and try again.
