Where is the change log for new version, i don’t see it on themeforest?

It’s in the file download.
I think the only change is Visual Composer updated to security issue with VC.

Indeed Chris is right, the only improvement in this update is the latest version of Visual Composer plugin, which have fixed some security issues.
